The proud history of the 68th goes back to the early 1950s with the KC-97 Tankers and the airmen who kept them flying. A lot of lifetime friendships were formed at Lake Charles AFB, Louisiana, and at Bunker Hill AFB, Indiana, back in the 1950's, and it is to those friendships that this Web Site is dedicated!
